About the finca

The Nicoya Peninsula has been inhabited since pre-Columbian times by the Chorotega people, known for their advanced agricultural practices and vibrant culture.

Over the years, the region has seen various developments, including the establishment of fincas (farms) and haciendas, often situated on elevated terrains to take advantage of panoramic views and favorable climates.

You arrive via a winding dirt road, flanked by tall guarumo trees, flowering hibiscus, and the occasional curious iguana basking in the sun. At the top of the hill, our finca opens up to panoramic views of rolling green valleys and a slice of the Pacific shimmering in the distance.
